"Created accounts through online website. Began monitoring. Downloaded the app, entered my username and password and getting invalid username and or password error. Used exact same username and password on the site and have no issues. Something is wrong with your authentication service for mobile app because I know my username and pass are correct. Found your problem. U allow # symbol during registration in pass field but do not recognize it later when entering in the app or changin on web ui."
